I'm a complete novice to exercising so I'm not even beginner I'm a mega mega beginner by the 2nd workout my whole body was sweating and my brain was so dizzy. it seems so easy but its actually not i could only manage 2 rounds with a water breaks between the 2. But its great i believe if i can mange to do this for a few weeks I'll defo lose some weight hopefully. Thank you Maddie Xx

Thank you for this HIT workout that feels hard but very approachable. At 49, I am the unlucky recipient of three artificial discs over the last 17 years due to three separate car accidents and am very very late to becoming strong and working out. You should try the hang for 100 seconds challege. Its where you dead hang on a bar (it doesnt matter how you keep yourself up your feet just cant touch the ground) You use 2 hand and try to hang off the bar for 100 seconds. I can only do 1 minute 20 seconds or 80 second but maybe you could do 100 seconds! good luck

Thank you, I really loved this exercise. Im sweaty, tired and really pleased with myself. And I didnt even finish the whole work out. I had to stop after the last burpees. I will keep on practicing until I can make it through your advanced videos. Thanks so much for giving us this opportunity

I love it when you do 3 rounds because then I can use the first to fully understand the exercises and make sure I am doing them correctly, the second I can count my reps and then the third try and beat that which pushes me to max effort on the third round. Keep up the great work! x
