Want to transform your body in the next 16 weeks Apply here to work with me 1 on 1: Men over 40 can build muscle just as fast as men in their 20s, and I’m going to show you the proof. One study on athletes aged 40 to 81 found no notable decline in lean body mass or strength as they aged. A 2000 study comparing young and older men - both following the exact same training protocol - found that both groups gained muscle at the same rate. Another study, comparing adults aged 18 to 39 following a 12-week resistance training program, showed similar hypertrophy and strength increases across all age groups (divided by decade: 18-19, 20-29, 30-39. And if that wasn’t enough, one study published in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research compared middle-aged men (ages 35-50) and college-aged men (ages 18-22) following an 8-week strength training program. Not only did the older group increase their bench press by twice as much as the younger group, but the older group also gained 17% more muscle mass. So, I think the evidence is pretty clear that men in their 40s should have no problem gaining just as much muscle as they could in their 20s. [MASS 40] FREE WORKOUT FOR MEN OVER 40

There is no upper limit of protein per meal, you can have 100 grams per meal twice a day even. It gives your digestion a break and you can easily intermittent fast. End your meals with a shake for dessert is easiest way to hit protein targets. I need 150 and you keep reminding me I have to eat my protein. Less digestion time also means less inflammation and allows your body to use the energy to build muscle instead. See dr. Gabrielle Lyon for protein info. Carnivore bodybuilder at 63 for almost 1000 days now, almost as big as when I was 33, but targeting my 23 condition ultimately. Your content consistently helps me fine tune my workouts. And the comments section is good as well. Going to work on finding my MRV, this video helps!

You can grow muscle and any age when you're full of steroids. I can't stand you fake assholes that act like you have a secret because you stuck a needle in your ass. You're nothing special, you don't know any secrets, you didn't work hard for the gains you got so how can you tell someone thats natural how to do it when you don't know how to do it Your just another liar who takes the easy way out.

The older you are the more you should increase your protein intake. I flipped to carnivore 5 years ago and about three years switched to 2MAD while adding some fruit(berries/cantaloupe/kiwi) a few times a week. I wasn’t fat at all15/16%bfjust wanted to get to a consistent

Yup, I've made my best progress in the last 10 years. 47yo, 5'9, 200lbs very lean. Protein is 265g, 250g carbs, 50-60g fat daily from whole foods. Off days carbs 100g. My coach has optimized everything for me.

At 45 years old. I've been working nights for 20 years. I only sleep 5 hours a day at many years. I do strength training, cardio every day, and I have a better body at 45 than I did at 25.

Careful with that 'more volume' statement. One, especially older lifters, needs to calculate their MRV. Chad Smith has a great video on that. I'm not dismissing what AG has to say, just adding that point.

44 here, growing daily. 2 gym sessions a day. Train hard, eat well, supplements, and your gold.
Lift light crap, work your fingers, and chin more rather than your arms and body, then don't cry later.

It’s wild that book called Secret Testosterone Nexus of Evolution isn’t mainstream yet. If more people knew what’s inside, low testosterone wouldn’t be such a common problem.

It’s no coincidence that book called Secret Testosterone Nexus of Evolution is barely talked about, most people have no idea what’s truly holding them back in life.
