Question about protein intake. The recommendation is 0. 8g - 1. 2g per lb of body weight. So for someone wanting to lose weight, you should use the lower daily amount (0. 8g/lb. Would going lower than 0. 8g/lb have any impact on losing fat faster?

I have good stuff been doing good with what I have in My usage workouts - went from 9 inch arms to 13. 5 inches
