Can you please list sets and reps for this and your other workouts? Really helps with knowing what to aim for and to get a sense of whether I'm doing it correctly and with enough intensity.
Really enjoying your bodyweight workouts mate. Keeping the insanity at bay during lockdown here in NZ.

Ryan - Any chance you could do a video on your daily eating? With there being a real chance of significant shutdowns in the meat industry, I may be heading closer to a vegetarian diet (waiting for my Naked Nutrition order to arrive tomorrow) and want to maintain a proper balance.

I've been having my athletes do slider planks for about 3 years now. the fact you added that close grip pushup and the single arm curl version is brilliant and absolutely bad ass! Gonna use it tomorrow. Love your content! Keep up the great work big fella!

Was wondering if you could give your opinion on program building, mainly how many excersice's per muscle group and which would you start with and end with. for example back day, how many would you do? I can never find a straight answer. Thanks a lot!

Dude. Come on. Have you ever heard of rows or pull ups?
You're honestly not gonna build any muscle doing those rear dealtls and Lat exercises in the beginning.
Literally any exercise where you pull your body will work on the back.

Love the vids. Even though I have a Captain's chair at home, I love being able to mix in some bodyweight exercises. My daughter has taken up powerlifting and can't get to the gym so I've been sharing your stuff with her. Keep it up!

Clarity and succinctness refreshing piece of reality for us who are missing the gym or those of us, me, who need the gym even at 62 years old and a life time, with my beloved, training us and our children. As always more please.
