This -virus- is a total SCAM! we are being lied to by the media, lied to by the WHO and CDC. This was all preplanned.
People need to wake up, stop believing the lies and STOP cowering in fear and revolt against the mass authoritarian take over thats happening right before our eyes. The constitution is being tore up.
Men have been chemically castrated, have zero testosterone, zero critical thinking abilities, completely deceived through media and social media, and have ZERO courage to stand for anything worth standing for. just all cower in fear over something you have been told to be afraid of. we have all become cowards

Hi Ryan. I have a specific qiestion about shoulders. At the moment I train my shoulders every day for 30 days straight. I do a gaint set where I hit my front delts just once and my side and back delts twice. The nof reps in each exercise is 20 and the total reps is 200 with less rest as possible. This gives an incredible burn and I see my shoulders getting bigger. My side delts are progressing also, but the top of my side delts are lacking a little bit. I already play with the angles when I train my shoulders.
Do you know a way how to hit the top of the side delts better?
Love you video's. Greeting from Amsterdam

I love working out in the outdoors. Ryan, can you do a segment on using a car or truck to push. I do car pushes pretty regularly and I find myself shifting how I push when I get tired. Sometimes I take longer steps, sometimes I push with arms outstretched, sometimes I put my elbows on the bumper. I just wanted to know the different areas I may be working and how and when my core may be most of least engaged.
Also is there any benefits to pulling on a hitch with ropes around my waist as opposed to pushing?

Ryan you have the most clickbaity titles ever, like if clickbait was in the dictionary your video titles would be the example. And yet, literally none of your videos are clickbait. 0. It's amazing. Keep it up, and honestly, I want to see the video titles get as absolutely generic and clickbaity as you can make em

Hope every dedicated gym go-er learns their lesson.
Buy gym equipment for a small home gym!
And actually use it every so often so that you can adapt to new exercises and troubled times don't mess up your routine!
Edit: Hell a few dumbbells, plates and bands should suffice. And get creative.

So I am in the UK and we are allowed out for exercise, but all the outside gym stuff we have in the parks have been closed off. So I do not think doing this kind of thing would go down too well. Anyway I am still trying to get my pistol squats together on the floor, going up stairs, oh man!

Nice examples of how you can use what's around you to get a workout in. Have you considered doing a video of any warmups or stretching you do either prior to workout out or just in general on a daily basis.

Big Bummer! Was in the process of signing paperwork for my first gym job when all this went down. Stay safe and keep up those home workouts, guys! Thanks for the video, Ryan.
