BACK WORKOUT To Get That WIDE & THICK V-Taper!

Ready for a rough back workout. Let's get after it! I realized last night that I haven't filmed a FULL back workout in a while, only pieces or given insights on how to do specific exercises. That made me really want to put together a full workout so everyone knows exactly how hard you need to train your entire back to get it to grow and get that coveted V-Taper!

It's amazing how intellectual somebody can sound while being an idiot. You actually said lower lat hahahaha. You absolutely can not target a portion of a muscle fiber. If you engage a fiber you engage the whole thing, the -all or none principle-. This means you engage the entire fiber from origin to insertion. Where is the insertion dude? It's on the humorous. You can affect how many fibers are engaged but not a portion of those fibers. Please go take an A&P lesson before giving any more advice. This is physiology 101.

Gym noob here but I'm trying real hard. Question: is this type of routine for more of an individual body split (7day split, or would you still do this much on a 3 day split? I am doing a 3 day split (1. chest/back, 2. shoulders/arms, 3. legs, and then core when I don't feel like I'm dying) and usually do -3 exercises for each body part on each day (except shoulders/arms is 3 shoulder 2 tricep 2 bicep.

Recently came across these videos and cant stop looking for more. Already applying the advice in the gym and feeling the difference. One category i have been struggling hard with is calves, specifically my left calf. Feels as if its not even engaging with or without weight. Any advice or ideas

Every time I do back or chest workouts on a cable machine I find my forearms getting in the way before I start to feel work in my back and I find it prevents me from being able to put proper resistance on my back workouts. Is there away around this, or am I just plane doing it wrong?

I felt like I could never really connect with my back and every other muscle honestly until I started binge watching your content. My ego is left at the door now and I-m solely taking my time to focus on actual mind muscle connections and start training for real. THANK YOU

These videos make a huge difference! I have a bicep injury and have been looking for ways to isolate my back so I don't hurt my bicep further. I'm definitely gonna keep this in the routine even beyond the injury healing

Man I don't connect to anything for my back, not pullovers, zero work on cables, nothin. The ONLY thing I can connect to is single arm db row where I focus on wrapping my elbow around my back. Anybody got any suggestions?

So glad I discovered your videos. So many great variations to get the -look- and the best part of all of your videos are that all of your videos are precise without being overly wordy as many other trainer videos.
