Leg raises? Your abs aren't connected to your legs so raising them will have no effect. Biological fact?
The old saying abs are made in the kitchen and not the gym is very true. It is almost impossible to grow the size of your abs without steroids or growth hormones. The easiest way to improve your abs is to loose the fat covering them, but that is very difficult to do without losing muscle mass from the rest of your physique without the use of roidss. But he will never tell you that because he is a typical roid user who wont admit that?

Thanks I tryed this. me being smart ass added a weight bag and went for 6 sets by the end of the last set barely getting 4 reps out I found myself stuck and having to pancakes myself off the bench which wasn't pleasant seeing I had other crap next to me bailey missing smacking my head. and looking back at the vid realised that you had turned the bench around to do the leg rises. well played sir well played. I must do it again -

H! Just got the 30 Day Full Gym Program. Have the Mrs. look over your programs before unleashing them in the wild. Example: Day 1 Arms. 2 sets of rope extensions, is this a total of 200 reps for this exercise and if so how much rest in between sets? So are you saying here that you don't sleep, aaaaaa rest. Have the Mrs. look it over, but you get what you pay for a double saw-buck. Cheers!

Sorry, just have to chime in on this one because I see it too much. The 'abs' don't even connect to the legs. They play absolutely no role in the raising and lowering of the legs. The abs bring the chest to pelvis/pelvis to chest. Doing leg lifts will force you to statically contract your abs to help stabilize your body. But you could do that just standing (or sitting.

Hey Ryan, on day 2 of your 30 day program. Just wanted to say.
F-ck you.
I thought I was reasonably strong for my size (heavy kb swings and DLs) but I had to drop the weight considerably during the arm workout. Like, just a bar for drag curls so I could get it above my hips.
Day 2 today. I imagine it'll be a motherf-cker, too.

It's funny how so many- influencers- have something negative to say about your videos. Been working out for 21 years. Turning 40 and because of exercises and tweaks since finding your videos in the last year made more progress than when I first started lifting. Thank you

Just finishing a 2nd round of a 10 week full body then going to try your program to mix it up. Just watched video #1 and I already hate you. I also know it's going to work, I still hate you. I am going to walk out that gym crying and wanting a pacifier. P. S. I hate you.

I purchased the program because the sheer torture that one of the arm workouts you posted that i followed step by step had me struggling to pick up water bottles. Is there a way to see all of the content on my phone as well so it is convenient while in the gym.

hey guys. need advaice. when i do certain abs workout, i felt sharp pain and squishing from my intestines. What should i do. should i stop any abs workout. by the way i have lot fat below belly, bloat stomach and side abs still quite ok
