Have you tried dark labs crack pre workout I did and thought I was gonna die it has dmaa in it like the old days I double scoops my first go and my dick shrivelled up like I was on coke it was brilliant it made me a machine in the gym I could not stop I almost cried I recommend it

I look and see who has been sued for lying about protein content. Thats why I use Dymatize ISO. Before bed it's cottage cheese or Greek yogurt.
I really don't use a lot of supps, real food I make rocks. Well my Pharma supps, but I don't get those at Costco.

For the beginning Roids are best. All this other shit is just as good as chamomile tea. Only leafs grow naturally, plus there is no better sources of protein then organic, and not this synthetic shit you are endorsing, like red meat, eggs and milk. Bam.

If I'm doin the omad diet consistently and my meal lands at dinner time (6pm) and want to grow muscle at the same time, how/when should I consume my supplements? And when should I work out for best results?
