Ready to build more muscle? Before you start any exercise do this! I wanted to go over my pre-exercise routine because I see so many people in the gym continuing to do the same exercise variations without questioning How well do I connect with this? or even more importantly Is there a movement I connect more with. Once you start asking yourself this and adjusting your workouts accordingly you'll start to pack on some serious mass! ---NEW PROGRAM

I have a question, so I-ve always been off and on about working out but now I-m actually really committing myself to it, for a week and a half I-ve been working out everyday
Monday - tricep and chest, with a hour on the treadmill and core
Tuesday -core and a hour of treadmill
Wednesday - bicep and back with core and a hour of treadmill
Thursday - core and a hour of treadmill
Friday - legs, core and a hour of treadmill
Saturday - core and hour of treadmill
Sunday - core and hour of treadmill
And then I repeat the cycle.
I-m 18, 6, 1 and 190ibs I-m trying to cut some fat but also tone up putting on muscle. I-ve started s new diet routine, In the morning I begin with 2 eggs, yogurt and a few blueberries, then I work out typically if not at night, then about 2-3 hours later I have my second meal of a protein shake consisting of ice, peanut butter, some fruit, protein powder, and cranberry juice. Then for lunch I eat a peanut butter jelly sandwich and for dinner I eat whatever is for dinner but in a low portion. I was wondering if what I-m doing so far is the right way of doing things to lose body fat but gain muscle

Hey Ryan iv been a huge fan of your tips, tutorial and workout videos for the past few yrs. I truly appreciate it because it has helped me in my workouts and understanding of my body. I've seen your having problems with hair loss, I was having the same issue where I was bolding at the crown of my head. Dont know if your interested in trying to fix it, but if you are I recommend using - Wild Growth- oil which is made completely with organic ingredients and helps with thickening thinning hair by thoroughly massaging your scalp. I wanted to let you know about it, because losing your hair is not fun and wanted to give a source of info back too you, since you do the same for all of your supporters.

I have a question, do I need to work every muscle group twice a week? Or is once a week the way to go? I started back in the gym again 2 months ago after losing over 30 lbs of muscle after I stopped working out due to a complete change in lifestyle and location -also alot of laziness from being in a depressed state- but before I moved I had a job i worked for 15 years that would put muscle on anyone by itself working with a 20 ft metal pipe connected to a fire hose sinking dock pilings in the ground under the water so I'm pretty sure i won't get the same results from my workout routine back then.

What i cant stand about this guy approach to gym is he just thinks we all do as he says and we will all grow. Its nonsense. Ive been struggling to grow for a year yet been pushing myself hard and heavier. I still have excess weight to so i know im eating enough. Doing 5 sets of 5 for every workout id be in the gym for hours! I dont do bro splits they suck. Full upper body 2 or 3 times a week. I dont have time to be doing all this stuff. I already do an hour and half. And the sarcasm really isnt that funny. Maybe if your some prepubescent or immature 20 or 30 year old

I wonder if I need to continue with my abs workouts, Ryan? I laugh so hard at your sense of humour (that's how we spell humour, in Australia - properly) that I wake up the next day with sore abs and ribs. My wife reckons it's a worry that I connect with your humour. Where's that psychiatrist's number? Ps your stuff is working brilliantly for this mid 60s bloke. Got one of those slender bodies that's never grown muscle, just got stronger. Until I started doing your stuff. Thank you, now go back to playing with your pecker.

Do you have an app that goes over all your exercises for different body parts and how to do them? Something that can be used to build personalised workouts from? (i. e. the AF Workout app but with someone who actually looks like the work out. Perhaps with a section on what to do should you start pissing blood or shit out your colon. I would literally slam dollars into the screen of my phone to get an app like that. If you don't have that app yet, get after it. there's literally 950k+ people who would download it.

I always thought this was just a given. I go in with a plan every session, do a 'feeler' set for whatever exercise to see how my muscles are connecting. If it doesn't feel like it should I just switch exercises. Some days the go-to exercises don't connect for whatever reason. I notice it more with biceps than anything. I haven't been feeling as much activation on barbell and dumbbell curls, so have been doing cable curls and that lights them up.

Hi Ryan, im a 2 years into bodybuilding beginner, i've shown great results in everything but my biceps. It is because every single workout the brachioradialis gets in the way, no matter what range what elbow position, i do get a little pump in the heads but at the expense of a harsh burnout in the brachio, to the point where they are the strongest part of my arm now, (popeye.
