Alright today we-re going over the foods that are making you fat and there are quite a few that you might not believe. GET NOTIFIED WHEN DROPS Matt: Ryan, Alcohol - bad, bad, bad in the scenario you presented. Fruits & Vegetables - if you eat more than your burning, bad, which was your point I believe. Low calorie/0 calorie foods - it can add up, but it's gonna take A LOT. that being said, what it may be able to do to your gut as you pointed out, I can believe may have a detrimental effect. I have to be careful on things I eat cause my digestion can get jacked up quick, a lot of the synthetic crap makes me pee out of my butt, so point taken. Some people are getting bent out of shape about this video, but I think it takes a bit of common sense to digest the information into a healthy application.
Love the no BS attitude & the comedy is great. Even more so, your lifting tips are top shelf, keep it man!

Fruit is just 'tree candy' - and it is SUPPOSED to make you fat (fruit ripens just before winter. helloooo) Also, fructose (as with all sugars) suppresses leptin, the -I feel full- hormone, so (just like the sugar laden sauces on Chinese food) the suppressed leptin leads to gorging. which is what mother nature WANTS you to do with fruit because, as they say in G. O. T. winter is coming. Also, whilst I'm soap-boxing here, all that -5 a day- bollox is nothing but a marketing/consumption invention of the Fruit & Veg industry. Complete cobblers

When it comes to fruits most of them are full of sugar, especially apples 20% is sugar, that has a lot of impact on your insulin level, witch it will make you fat so easy and so fast. Best fruts to eat are berries most of them have alcohol sugar witch is not as bad. Plus the calories from sugar and carbs have a higher impact than a calorie from meat or fat witch have a verry low impact on your insulin level. So a calorie is not really a calorie.

reminded me of when my son was 8 years old and would only $hit every 3 or 4 days, and when he would drop a deuce it was the size of a mini duraflame log -- and I'm not exaggerating. Our plumbing was 1940s era so we would tell him NOT to flush, and that dad would take care of it. I would pull out a busted BBQ meat poker and slice my kid's brown log into small pieces just so it would flush. Remember this story before you have kids!

I like to ask an honest question. I know deep down inside that pop either diet or regular is bad for you because all the artificial sugar and diet and all the sugar and regular pop. Please advise about consuming diet Pepsi. I just want your honest opinion because I plan on going away from pop all together. Thank you for your time.

Dude you're a vegan and saying that vegetables aren't good -. I'm guessing your intention is to say eating a surplus of calories EVEN in fruit and veg is still bad, and there are vegetables that can have high calories, but how you have actually said it is all fruit and veg make you fat which is complete nonsense.

You didn't really make a point as to why fruits and vegetables are or could be bad as a type of food. You made a comment about a caloric surplus but you could technically have a caloric surplus from eating anything. And there are lots of foods more calorically dense than fruits and vegetables. Especially vegetables.

Yes alot of fruits/ vegs can make you fat because they may be high on the glycemic scale. like carrots, tomatoes.

I experienced a clogged butthole once, the problem was that I was in the hospital after breaking my collarbone, so the operation was doubly painful. I was lucky that I had a hand shower at hand to blast the clog.

Im confused. You have a way of talking that makes your point virtually invisible. Do I eat the damn vegetables or not? Was it the 4 bags of veg that cause the concrete shits, or the fact that you stopped eating them?
