Got any suggestions of a good exercise for shoulder development? Tore something in my right one a few years ago but it won't heal. Trying to avoid surgery because of my age (73) so I work around the shoulder problem. Overhead presses of any kind are out of the question, actually anything overhead is. Flys are ok but only with very light weights.
Never been much of an upright row person but I'm game for anything.

Hey man. Loving the simplicity and straightforward aspect of these. Quick question. I just had clavicle surgery because, well, I-m and idiot and fractured my clavicle. That being said can you point me in the right direction for working out during this roughly 4 months recovery? I-m already planning to focus pretty heavy on lower body work.

This is the knowledge I have been needing for 20 years. I have all these issues especially the shin splints muscle. Im gonna start doing these exercises tomorrow. Does anyone know if he has a video on thickening your neck? Ive gotten up to 240 lbs with a 650 DL and 500 squat and my neck just doesent grow and looks goofy. Thanks

dude, you contradicted yourself from a previous video where you used a dumbell sitting off the edge of a bench for your dorsi flexor. now you say different. what happened? did you read an article somewhere to plagiarize as your own again? just like -let's get after it- as used on Yellowstone?

I don-t know if you have covered this before but should a person over 40 use creatine I really never was an avid user of supplements before because in my youth I definitely didn-t use them right any advice would gladly be appreciated

W1D3 of the Garage program exposed how much I have neglected my lower back. Fought through it, and just Completed week 2's back day yesterday and I could already tell a difference in my lower back strength.
