Exercises ALL MEN Should Be Doing For MUSCLE GROWTH (THESE WORK)

Alright today we-re going over exercises that every man should be doing for muscle growth. I wanted to highlight a few of these for different reasons. The leg extensions because there is a lot of negativity around them because the shearing force it places on your knees but I think that-s overstated, especially when you use lighter weight and don-t add unnecessary torque by holding gripping the handles and yanking yourself down. I also went over quite a few smith machine exercises because I think the fact that it-s on a fixed path ins-t a bad thing, it-s something we can use to our advantage and do exercises that you you can-t do with any other machine and build some serious muscle

Dude is a monster, I'd love to see where he started. I don't care how dedicated you are are, if you didn't start where Arnold started, It's nearly impossible to get where he got. Especially if you think it was all natural (I'd estimate 85% arnold/15% roid. You can't talk about protein without talking about carbs because you need carbs to process protein (science. Having said that, he has many solid points points in the video.

Ugh. I endorse your advice on exercise whole-heartedly. But, be a little careful with the metaphors. Some people really did have an alcoholic dad. Ouch. On the other hand, -slow down, it'll get hard- is, uh, -cough, - good advice in this, uh, and, er, other endeavors. Overall, excellent video. :)

I don't understand why he always recommends high reps 12-30+?
I don't think he's wrong it's just odd that so any other sources say above 8 reps is cardio
Personally higher reps always made sense to me but then everyone told me I was doing it wrong
Can anyone summaries this for me?

YOU are sooooo right! Regarding leg extensions, I always felt uncomfortable gripping the handles and I kinda tend to focus on that more than my legs. Used you're recommendation and al already feeling the difference in my quads, my performance, keeping my butt down and back supported!

After my patellar tendon surgery, trainer told me I can-t ever do these. It would be awesome if I could do this safely and smartly especially to isolate the leg that had the surgery

i take it you don't approve of, say, going to 80% on Monday 70% on Wed. and 90% on Friday? how many sets would you recommend, going balls to wall on them all? Thank you.

--and a few more reps that-ll disappoint your whole family. - Haha The damn truth, when you-re moving decent weight to failure them last couple reps can look pathetic
