Alright today we-re going over the Absolute SIMPLEST way to lose fat! 1. Cutting out ALL the crap food we all know we shouldn-t be eating.
2. Structured, Intermittent Fasting.
After the first week, you become -Fat Adapted- and you-re never -hungry- again.
My fasting journey has evolved to 44/4 Alternate Day Fasting (ADF.
44 hours straight fasting, 4 hours feeding.
You won-t crave bad food or alcohol.
And the pounds MELT off incrementally on a daily basis.
I-m only 9 lbs. away from my target weight & waist numbers.
You don-t hear much about fasting, because nobody makes any money off of you eating less!
Truly a FREE, DIY weight-control lifestyle!

I'm considering having the lab tests done, however I live in NZ so I can't order via the link provided in the description, what sort of things are important to look for if I were to go through an NZ lab? I found one website that allows you to select from a large list of things to test for but asides from testosterone I have no idea what to look at, I also think this lab in question purely gives results alone assumedly for review by a local healthcare professional, which I don't know if a gp would cut it for review.

Honestly, I-ve become more than 90% carnivorous and have a lot of energy. No soda, very little sugar intake. No fast food garbage. I mainly eat eggs, bacon, pork, beef, fish, chicken, hotdogs, meat, cheese, etc. Sometimes a piece of fruit sometimes bread. Sometimes a few beers. Im convinced you don-t need to eat a bunch of fruit and vegetables and that we are probably lied to about nutrition.

I-ve been using MFP off and on for years. Trying to refocus again. Following your initial setup at my starting/current weight (295/287) my calorie level is 2800. The split was 140g C, 315g P, 109g F. I struggle to get that much protein and and eat that much. I-m cutting back to 2000 kcal a day with a 20/50/30 % split in C/P/F split. Just wondering your thoughts?

Ive been saying for years, just eat salads with low fat or fat free dressing. Most salads give you the right macros and good micros, fill you up with veggies which are low cal/fat/carb, and you can buy them almost everywhere. Throw in a good vitamin like vitamin code one a day and you WILL lose body fat and get healthy.

Just want to say thanks for all of the Excellent advice you give us man. I'm just getting into it all, so you're helping me out. You know what they say, don't take Diet advice from a Fat guy, and don't take Workout advice from a weakling. You're a Beast man, thanks for these tips, and the humor with it.

Thanks, I have been going downhill last couple years no motivation. My testosterone is low, trying natural supplements, is that worth it or do I just have to fight through it and force myself to keep trying? I am 46 and wanting to get back in shape, my dumb ass made excuses for years!

Fact check - FOS
220lbs, One meal a day
4 eggs (280 Cal) 10 strips of bacon (600 Cal) lose 2-4 lbs a day
4 eggs random Carbs (500 cal) Gain 1-2 lbs a day
This is after a day verified in ketosis. After a week of Ketosis I get these crazy carb cravings. Carbs suck
