Need to build more muscle? Then you have to start pushing past the point of failure + getting more time under tension and cheat reps are one of the best ways to do that. So we've all seen arnold do those classic cheat curls but there are more ways than that to extend the life of a set. You can change the tempo of the exercise mid set which will help you force out more reps. You can also plan ahead with a mechanical drop where you start the exercise with a mechanical disadvantage and then change the form after you start to fail. Lastly I showed how you can use heavy cheat repetitions on one arm rows to force an extreme stretch on that lat that you just can't get by doing them with light weight

First off I love your videos your a beast awesome, but I have a? I am 52 losing alot from what I once had mostly because I can't make it to the gym because long days alot of heavy lifting on the job and just tired. My arms losing alot of size also chest what can I do from home with curl bar dumbbells to gain or just maintain gets it gets frustrating. Thanks hope you respond when you can.
