Are you ready to put some size on and build some bigger arms faster than you thought possible? --NEW : I took the first video from the new 30 day full gym program which happened to be a full biceps and triceps workout and WOW was it rough. I know if you like this kind of workout and also can make it through this. then you'll love the new program. I put the sets and reps below so you know exactly how to attempt this brutal arm workout. Question about the program:
Is using these videos at the gym hard? I'm not talking about the exercises themselves but the logistics of using a video at the gym. Are you able to skip ahead to the next exercise easily?
I can imagining myself accidentally clicking the progress bar on the video im on, skipping ahead 20min and trying to discover where I left off in the video. I feel like post 100 reps could make finding the exact location on a small bar difficult.
I wanna use this routine in a transformation challenge my gym is having. I'm gonna be doing cardio (stationary bike/swimming) in the morning for 1. 5 hours, Orangetheory (HIIT) after work and I will ideally be using these videos at the end of the day for 2 months. I'm in it to win it but. .. I need to know these videos are structured well enough to be used on the fly easily. I'll only have a little over an hour before the gym closes for the day so I gotta make every second count.

I'm 71 years old and I used to workout, but nothing like you. I don't know if I am ready to start the total workout plan you have just because I do still workout and when I really fill froggy and put in a fair workout I pay for it. I do want more of a workout plan than I have been doing the last few months. I need to be sure to have the proper diet to help me with this. What I am hearing from you sounds like a person that knows their stuff. The cussing is humorous and you remind me of the actor in the movie -Nobody-. I hope you are around for a long time.

This is a bi--h of a workout, but if you concentrate on engaging with the muscle it works, it really does. I-m a 59 year old who-s always looking for functional gym sessions to improve power to weight in triathlon. I like the no BS attitude and the way Ryan says you want to do more, go for it; together with the DON-T do a set number of reps to look good. This is about strength, not esthetics- good one -

Curious to see what people think, but this seems more like an enhanced athletes kinda workout. it would take a normal person who isn't going through puberty a long ass time to recover from this. remember - recovery time is one of the main advantages of gear and chasing this kinda pump is going to shred your muscle fibers.

I'm new to these intense workouts. did triceps with 5 lb weights, 10lb bands. My triceps were flaming noodles before I was done. by the close grip bench, I was able to squeeze out 13 reps before rolling off the bench and laying in the floor like a dead seel.

So no rest days for arms? Sorry I-m just learning have dropped 50lbs so far and getting into weight training and was told to skip a day on whatever you worked out the day before. Core was the only thing I could work out daily. I-m confused

I love these workouts man! You have to be a tough s. o. b. to get through any of your workouts. 1 week in and I see growth already (maybe just the insane pump fooling me, can't wait to see my progress after 3 months. Good sh-t man, keep it up.

Ryan,
Love your programs and videos. So, how many days do you rest in between doing arms? and do you isolate arm day away from other body parts? Like back Monday, rest Tuesday, then arms Wednessday? Thanks for the info.

Is it normal to have an uncontrollable urge to start nervously laughing at the beginning of the set? Because I found myself receiving awkward glances as I laughed to myself starting those 5 second count sets!

I really hate you dude! The only consolation to this workout was near the end I knew I would never have to do arms again since mine were going to fall off. guess I was doing it right? Seriously awesome workout.
