Blueprint to big and strong forearms and grip by yours truly(sorry Ryan, this is my job now)
Why listen to me you might ask. .
(Armwrestler, gripsports athlete and been at it since 13 now 28 and oh yeah I can close the Captains of Crush 3. 5.
1. Let that forearm hair grow, it makes the forearms look waay bigger
2. Put those Fat Gripz on a neutral grip pull up bar and get soreness for the next 4-5 days xD
3. If you use grippers, don't do sets of 50 - 100 except if you're a beginner (after a while try doing sets of 8 - 20 tops.
4. Instead of adding the fat grips to the db and doing curls like that, just add it to a cable machine handle and get way better ergonomics and watch your forearm grow!
5. Use the rice bucket as a warm up for 5min and or as recover on off days.

A few months ago, I started noticing how my energy and motivation were fading, and it really hit me that my unhealthy eating habits and low testosterone were playing a huge role in it. I have had on and off golfer's elbow and tennis elbow injuries on occasion for many years. I found the alpha gripz sets and while I didn't want to pay $40 dollars for a full set, those little devices have significantly improved the inflammation issues and helped offset overuse inflammation that creates golfer's/tennis elbow issues. Well worth the investment to avoid further setbacks from repetitive motions, heavy lifting, etc.

Funny thing that armwrestlers don’t even use grippers that much , it is a great way to get the blood into your forearms but not that much to strength. If you’re a dumbass that can’t remember more than 3 exercise or you’re lazy like me, then do wrist curls, reverse wrist curls or reverse ez bar curl and hammercurl. Pronation or supination is optional, personally i like my pronator to look like someone peepee soyeah

I have used swinging between the different positions on a chin up system works, not all gyms have them.

Don't complicate your forearms training unless you are an armwrestler.
The thing that worked for me is at the end of your workout do reverse curl and superset it with behind the back wrist curl.
This will completely blow your forearms.
(Also forearm is a very stubborn muscle you can train it 3 to 4 times per week)

I also found that doing scales and arpeggio piano practice for half and hour every day was also pretty good for forearm development. As was a weekend spent chopping down saplings with a hatchet. Playing squash was also quite good. Not all hypertrophy starts and ends in the gym.

Not seeing dedicated progress on a target muscle group would be comical. So would be expecting dedicated work to keep progress going at the same rate. How much or little you progress is a small shit in cereal. Long term. Healthy progress. Over time. Gotta love click bait

I ground out the holes of 2 5# and 2 10# plates just enough to allow 2 fingers through and then either flip up or curl them in every way my hands move, both top and bottom. 8 motions, 3 sets, 20 to Max reps. Quick fatigue and great burn; my forearms are ripped and veiny.

I like to take a green stretch band and tie a kettlebell to the end, the other end wrapped on a barbell, tuck it under itself and roll the barbell end over itself raising the kettlebell off the floor. Raising and lowering it at the same speed, killing your forearms!

I started training handstands and one of the first progression is the frog stand. You need to use the tip of your fingers to stabilize your whole body from tipping over and this alone has increased by grip strength ALOT over just the last WEEK!

There are literally no videos on the correct use on fat gripz, everyone curls with them. Senpai I need teaching for my fat grips. Also great video forearms are so important for jobs that you have to be physical at from a machinist and welder.

I've been looping a 4ft section of seatbelt webbing through a weight plate and doing wrist curls and extensions. I'm noticing that the movements I already do for those, could easily be modified into the movements you suggest.

The supination and pronation with the strap can be done with resistance bands, and it allows progression. I had to do it after I tore my bicep to shit and had surgery. Tie the band off to the rack and go to town.

have you ever tried using a dumbbell with weights on just one side to do some of the exercise it works like a hammer, I been doing it and its made me gain some muscles in the forearm I did not see before.
