I remember as a beginning weightlifter in high school I discovered drag Curls by just playing around with the barbell. The -teacher's assistant- (an older high school senior) saw me, said -what the hell are you doing with this? -, rolled his eyes, and literally took the barbell away from me. I was never the type to fight but I wanted to shove that barbell up his cocky ass.
Now when I do drag curls, I'm practicing for the next time I see him. I visit my hometown every once in a while and I know what aisle to find a douche.

Just wanted to say thank you for all of your videos. I am a firefighter and trainer and am grateful for the challenges you-ve created in me to not be afraid to think differently outside the box of regular and sometimes mundane training. You-ve validated many of the things I think is right to do works.
I wanted to ask if you could do or give advice on ways that firefighter-s should train as it pertains to their job while controlling their breathing?

Ryan, I had worked out with a top personal trainer for years, but your videos are my new go to. I am learning how to use lower weights so I don-t get hurt at 57, while really -connecting- on each exercise far better. I also laugh my ass off listening to your dry humor each video. Thank you

FINALLY TRICEP EXERCISES. I WILL USE EACH OF THOSE! My long head is taking FOREVER to build up. But the smaller head is just popping.
I have already begun FEELING and seeing results from the chest workout. So I will happily follow these tips. Blindly.

Im trying to lose fat but build up my muscles. should I work larger muscles per day and the smaller muscles together? Biceps, triceps, calves? Love your videos, your attitude is killer. Your coaching style is awesome! Keep up the great work!

I have to admit. I've been skipping the modified bosu ball tricep pushups and getting great result. did those for the first time today. OMG Ryan. You're one sorry masochistic SOB for coming up with those. Pure Torture!

I watched the video 10 times know and i cant understand if hebsays do all biceps ex. Then all triceps ex. Or switch from one biceps ex. To one triceps ex. Sry my english is not the best. Maybe somone can explain?

My biggest problem is being terrified of hurting myself seriously. Im an absolute newb in the gym had muscle pains at the elbow that wont go away. Not sure if i should keep going, go harder, lighter, or recover?

I've been lifting for years. watched hundreds of videos. Read tons of magazine. I've learned so much shit in last few weeks from watching these videos. So many little things I've never thought of.
