Can't figure out why your triceps aren't growing? This video will help you get back to basics and start to connect with and more importantly get them growing! Big takeaways: - Focus on the initial part of the contraction - Up the rep range to 15-30 reps - If you need to isolate your triceps by lying on a bench, keeping the chance of your traps jumping in out of the equation

I don-t know how to put this. but let me say it straight forward: I stopped training 15 years ago ( I was a very good athletic) I gain too much weight ( 5: 11 tall and 267 pounds).
I started plant base diet and went down to 242 pounds. I-m 37 years old but my dreams bigger than my weight and my age and I want to start my journey to be a bodybuilder and doing competitions.
Am I too crazy?
Do I still can do it at this age?
What-s my chances?

Would love to see some more meal plan stuff. I'm not vegan but would like to see what your vegan meal regime is like so that I can lower my meat intake while not losing out on protein and nutrition as my vegan knowledge is limited. Watch the other vid you did on protein and what you don't eat and all the plant base nutrient food that was my go to was on the don't eat list and by the end I was like what do I actually eat apart from pea protein

Idk if you are even going to see this but can you just make am -arms video- like top 3-5 bi and top 3-5 tri workouts that I can just walk into the gym and blast them out, feel exhausted, get growth and just get after it.
I know you have bi and try videos and I know some will work better for some then others but I'd like to see your overall combination of tips into a killer all around arm day workout

Just superb, sincere, incredible amount of knowledge and entertainment in such short videos. Amazing work Ryan!
All of your content is amazing.
Could we get a suggestion on some splits? Perhaps intermediate and advanced?
Or if not splits workout frequency suggestions maybe?
Thanks again for all your effort

I just wanted to say THANKS for the videos and the no BULL SHIT advice on what works for you because I-m 48 years old and these videos have really made a big difference in my daily workouts. I feel and look like I-m in my twenties. Keep up the good content!

I was looking at my back today, while upper back is decent, my lower back is out of proportion, can you do a video on how to directly hit the erector spinae, when doing deadlift and squats i feel the burn on my hip and very little on tue lower back, thanks

How about a video on some of these exercises if you have had shoulder surgery and it's never been the same since. dips kill it flat bench kills it and shoulder presses kill it, hadn't worked out in 3 years because of it need to get back bad

Definitely learning better form watching your videos Ryan. No BS is ok with me. Just blown my head of and pushed myself and I have definitely been holding back. So much harder doing it properly rather than hard assed as you say.

There's another guy who has a video with almost the same title - it's 33 minutes long! Watching that instead of lifting would be one reason my arms aren't getting bigger - thanks for the short, concise vids man

I do believe getting the weight down using multiple muscles to be able to squeeze in a few more reps focusing on the negative towards the end of the set, provided that you have done sufficient number of proper reps.
