Hey Lucy, thank you for showing us the path to fitness. You are very crisp and helpful in the way you phrase your advice.
I have been overweight for as long as I can remember and there are days when I eat like a wild woman and days where I completely eat clean. I really struggle with moderation.
I feel like exercising first thing affirms to the self that you are doing something good for your body and you feel less like cheating.
And coming to your calisthenics workouts, thanks so much for them. Can you please do a what I eat in a day video too, it would be lovely. And how you take care of cravings.

I had to do 1 min wall sits in basketball and they were torture- So getting back into that is gonna be rough. I'm not overweight by any means. I'm 140 but would like to go back down below 130 and tone my body a bit. I graduate college in May and would like to wear something very flattering. I believe something small like this in addition to a diet change will get me at my goal in no time! I've also exercised at the gym in the past and I absolutely love weight lifting, but I've gotten lazy-

Hi Lucy. I watched your transformation and just thought, WOW! So, I then watched this video and I have set a time daily to do it. I will start with the absolute basics for 7/10 days, then step up a level etc etc. I am 54 and to be totally honest, I have no idea whatsoever, on controlling the -core-. I tend to sort of harden my stomach and find I am holding my breath. not good. Please explain (easily, what the heck I should be doing. Anyway, go you and go us for finding you. Here goes me: )

Hey! Just wanted to let you know how inspiring your videos are for a beginner.
I have started off with these workouts and some calorie tracking. I just wanted to know if you could tell us roughly how much we were burning through a workout like this one for instance. So I can have an idea of how much I'm burning through the PA. A rough idea. Since I'm absolutely a beginner at this.

Amazing! I have just started my calisthenics journey, and your videos have been so helpful. It can be so intimidating when you look at calisthenics, but you break it down so well that it makes it welcoming and I feel like I can really get started the right way. Hope you are keeping safe and well in these times -

I needed someone like you to really begin with calisthenics. I've struggled with my weight all my life and this is the year I will workout not because I have to, but because i really WANT it. Please continue with sharing your experience. You're such an inspiration!

It has become clear to me that I've been focusing far too much on my upper body (mainly doing pullups. I tried this and I could only get through one circuit on -easy-. I'm going to bookmark this and come back to it some more to develop this area. Thank you!

Hi Lucy, Love the way you make your videos, so calm and easy to understand. I am going to begin with the basics, if you can also include the diet that you followed or what you eat in a day and what to shop, it would be wonderful. Thank you: )
