Hey Guys, I hope you're all doing well! Today I have a Vlog style video showing you what a typical gym based training session would look like for me at the moment. I like to mix lots of different types of training and keep things interesting so don't follow a programme or split (and I never have! I've also added in what I ate throughout the day

I'm starting my calisthenics journey slowly. I have to be careful abort pushing my joints too hard because of psoriatic arthritis, and psoriasis. I've had psoriasis my whole life, and the arthritis since 17. I've been changing my diet and lifestyle bit by bit over the last 4 years. I still have my dietary lapses, but I've managed to quit drinking alcohol, smoking, and vaping all together. Quitting just those 3 have helped immenselywith the joint pain, and my spots are slowly fading. Im looking forward to getting sunshine this season and watching the spots go away. Thanks for the inspiring vids.

So I've come across this video a year later but I really enjoyed following your day and getting some inspiration for my own regarding nutrition and routine: ) I really like my gym (well it's closed at the moment) but I definitely wished that they had more space for functional training because the area is just so small you can hardly do your exercises especially if there's others too.

Love seeing other women do calisthenics. You're super inspiring. I'm really new in my calisthenics journey and am making really slow progress, but I'm pretty happy with how it's going. Excited to watch more of your videos!

It's sad to see that you are eating products that causes a lot of pain and suffering to the animals.
Why are you still not vegan?
Please see the movie -the game changer-.

Can you make a video on Psoriasis? My brother is suffering from psoriasis and if some good lifestyle changes have helped you keep in under control. I would suggest him too
