My 30 Kg Weight Loss and Fitness Transformation

video description

Rating: 4.0; Vote: 1
I have recently filmed an additional video to this answering some common questions from this one. you can find it here Dr: I was: 82 kg
I am: 65. 9 kg
Goal weight: 55 kg
Time frame: 82 to 63 kg in period of 12 months, then again reached 69 kg in lockdown and now again started the weight loss journey and have lost nearly 4kg in 1. 5 months
My strategies: calorie cut down
I avoided all the chocolate, icecream and sweets, stopped eating rice and started filling myself with vegetables and fruits. It was tough and foods were tempting, but I remain consistent. I exercised for 2 hrs each day, I used to dance because I felt other exercise boring.
Currently, I have cut down calories, too lazy to dance so I go for walks for 1. 5-2hr and enjoy the nature listening my favourite audiobook or songs

Well cause everyone else is doing it, I-m gonna give it a shot too so that it keeps me accountable and consistent (I suck at consistency lol) I lost like 9 kgs but then due to some stuff I gained 3 kgs back and last couple months been awful but now as 2022 is just around the corner so I really need to get back on track of achieving my goal. Wish me luck!

So I-ll be updating monthly and hopefully I-ll stay consistent and hit it. (Also manifesting all of us achieving our fitness goals this year xx)

I'm a 21 yr old female. I lost my weight only by calorie counting within 1 and a half years. I'm still dieting and I'm planning to start working out after I graduate since I can't do it now as I'm 1 month close to my final exams before graduation. Wish me luck guys!
ALSO! I loved your story, Lucy! SO INSPIRATIONAL! I WANT TO BE LIKE YOU!

Hi Lucy, I really appreciate and enjoy watching your videos about your weight loss. It's gave me the motivation to lose weight the right way with the right strategies from watching your video on weight loss journey. It's gave me an ideal idea of what I need to do through my weight loss journey. You looked gorgeous doing your fitness exercises, well done, you. You've helped me start my weight loss journey.

I remember having watched this video back when it was still new and I was so motivated to lose weight, but I never did. It took me another two years to get to the right and HEALTHY mindset.
Starting weight: 74Kg
Current: 61 Kg (after roughly 7 months)
My goal is to look better, I don-t care about the scale honestly but it-s probably gonna be around 55 Kg - lol

Thank you for sharing your story. You look terrific. Id be very interested in the exercise routines you do and what you eat, Ive been doing hiit, weights, cardio for 9 years. initially, in the first three yeras i looked terrific but recently i dont feel that im getting anywhere. I don't want to bulk but have lean muscle. Its very frustrating

My journey has been different, no focusing on weight but health-
Went plant based and body weight + running - I got healthy in about 4 months (losing weight was just a side effect) but like you I am so much happier now - and after exploring body weight exercise, I m actually practicing chin ups weekly- a very long way to go!

Started: 75kg
Current: 72. 1kg
Goal: 55kg
I am doing Noom which is similar to the change in your eating habits, it teaches you how to eat mindfully and not give up anything just redesign the portions. I, as everyone else here, gained recently due to extreme life events but it's time to go back. I can do it!
