OMG! I just found out today that I am pregnant too! Now I feel like I have a friend that I can work out with! (Fyi I have a 2 year old and a 7 month old. Did I mention I am 41)

Congrats Jo! I have a question; I think my birth control is impeding my fitness goals. Did you take any oral BC or other hormonal methods prior to getting pregnant?
