I did it all the way to the end. Even though my 64 yo tail wasn't perfect in a lot of the exercise I hung in there. Now I sweating like a sweat hog. I going to keep doing it until I get it almost perfect. Thank you helping me because I need to get back to a healthier me. I am a 21 year vet.

You are so fierce. I love your workouts and the confidence that you help build in others. Maybe off topic but I am wondering what sneakers those are. They seem super supportive of the ankles when doing shuffles etc.

So on my Fitbit I put under cardio boxing for 30 minutes and I said I burnt 283 calories. I agree I had to wipe
the sweat from my eyes to cause it was burning
