Sis, this is a full body workout, and when I say full body, I mean FULL BODY! WOOOO! You-re going to love this beginner-friendly workout! Every move is fully standing so there is no need to struggle to the ground or to get dizzy standing up. This workout is just as fun as it is effective! Make sure to breathe in deep and enjoy the ease of this no-jumping low impact workout. We are going to take this one move at a time, and just enjoy the moment and dance it out a little! There is no need to be stiff or self conscious. We are going to vibe it out together in our living rooms/rooms/own space at home! This workout can be fun and easy but do not underestimate the burn and the sweat youll get doing it! Try to bring a towel and a bottle of water when doing this workout so you stay hydrated and not feeling like what one of my subscriber friends describes as -like a wet noodle-. If you stay consistent with these workouts (that fly by because we are having so much fun, you will start to see a change and see results youve never seen before- and thats because you are making a lifestyle change and enjoying the benefits of moving. i did this workout his morning and AMAZING I can see how one of the members lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks by doing this twice a day. I feel like I lost at least 1 pound - maybe 2 pounds. i wish that i had the time and energy to do this exercise daily. Until I build up to that will certainly try for 1-2 a week with this workout or something simiilar
Oh and i had to tell myself i can do anything for 40 seconds all throughout this workout instead of I can do anything for 20 seconds. It was worth it and it was nice to have a longer resting peroid. I love the way Jo's workout gear matches the time clock and the bar at the top of the screen.
Today is day 1 of my week for with jo and i an down 11 pounds. I am improving with eating less caloies total for the day. I try to have y first meal betweem 10 and 11 and after my worlouts i have big healthy meals and then, infused water and light things for the rest of the day like homemade soup, boiled eggs, veggies avacodo etc I do like to have wine and tortilla chips and pretzels i have had wine a few times during this journey. My goal is to limit wine to weekends only or a special occasion. I am excited to see what my progress is when i get to week 8 with the diet improvement and longer endurance for difficukt workouts.

I started working out with you a week and a half ago. I haven't been the greatest fan of exercise, I do it because I know I should, but not because I love it. But with your videos I wake up in the morning looking forward to exercise. My favorites up till now are the TABATA and HIIT ones because of the variety of the moves- I don't get bored. I really appreciate that you present in the mirror the next move, so I don't have to rewind because I got lost. My knees also prefer the standing exercises. I even like a lot the setting in your home, which looks very peaceful and welcoming, and your beautiful dog. But all of this is topped with your cheerful personality, great smile, relaxed attitude and openness. Than you so much! My best wishes for you, that you be well, healthy and happy and may you continue to impact in such great ways the lives of so many people.

Hi Jo! love your workout videos! Started out your workout videos last week, am trying to get used to working out as I let myself gain so much weight (125lbs to 150lbs) in a span of 1 year!
The person who used to workout twice a day (morning & night) to a person who is not motivated to move an inch. Got to say I don't even recognize myself.
Today is day 2 of me working out consistently and will motivate myself to continue more! Will show you my result through Instagram once I succeed! Love you jo!

It's been years since I've been watching videos of workouts on YouTube wondering if I could ever get to try any and I'm just sooooo happy to have found your workouts. I've been doing it for the past two weeks and I can already feel much better about myself. These workouts look easy to do but are very challenging and so so so worth it. Thank you so much for making working out on our own so enjoyable. God bless you Jo
