Hey Buff Dudes! I broke my clavicula a few years back, and it's kind of sticking out, which makes front squats almost impossible because it's to painful. Can an alternative to this be to do back squats on day to as well? Or possibly doing an overhead squat? As I understand it, the front squat is a bit more heavy on the quads, while the back squat is more balanced between the glutes and the quads.

At 11: 50, love how you guys were playing Dan Vasc's Metal cover of Toss a coin to your witcher. I have just purchased this program as gyms are now coming out of lockdown in the UK and really enjoying this entry week after having 4 hard months off. Used your dumbell only plan during that time though and it was great also! Keep up the amazing plans and vids guys!

If you guys could do a calf day video without the seated calf press, that's be amazing because none of the gyms I've been apart of have ever had one of those machines. It's so weird.

Front squat: try it with the EZ-curl bar. You can turn your wrists slightly in and the the curve rests nicely around your neck.
