Rihanna- takes on -Beyonce- in this 18 min fun & groovy dance party workout! Don-t worry, each of the exercises will come up on the screen before you should do them so you know exactly how to follow me all the way through! This workout is all bodyweight, it does not require any equipment and it is low impact. There are a few times in this video that I get carried away by the music that i start jumping and dancing. While jumping is encouraged (if you feel the urge, it is not necessary to complete this workout. If you see me jumping you may maintain a walking stance and carry on with the exercise! 4th workout and omg each one is leaving me in more of a sweattt! 90-100 cals burnt this one alone and so far I-m on 412 cals burnt all together! I have the self love one to do now and maybe after I-ll do another encanto or Missy Elliot-s one! Also today I successfully went without any sugary sweets or drinks ( I stopped drinking any pop and stuck to mostly water sometimes juice a few weeks back but on my birthday weekend I decided to treat myself and have a weekend full of sugar, food and pop! It was amazing no regrets! I have only a couple of sips of water left so I-m definitely gonna need to get another! Xx

This must have taken so long to put together! It looked amazing and was so fun. Any workout with Rihanna always kicks my butt a little lol. I've been doing your workouts almost everyday for a month! Thank you for making videos that are so well edited, with great music, and an overall great video setup. I think all of that has really helped me to commit to being active every day. Okay the workouts are so motivating and easy enough for me to keep up with but I need to know who does your wardrobe. You always have the cutest outfits for each themed workout. I'm like focus on the moves not the clothes. Mentally shopping. LOL. Thanks for keeping it fun. I can do your workouts no matter how my day has gone. They always make me smile and want to do more. This is was AWESOME. Fun, dynamic, no hard moves. Think that you're on stage and it's even cooler! Just disappointed I only burnt 165 calories according to my watch. But those are calories I burnt without even realising so I'll take it. To whomever may read this: stay blessed!

This was amazing! I struggle with stress-eating and I recently gave myself a rule that I-ll try do something else when I feel stressed. This is perfect, brought my serotonin all the way back up!

That was so great. Im a therapist and Ive been assigning your workouts as 20 mins a day exercises that can help manage depression and anxiety. That helped me for sure
