Can you make a video for 3 easy tips for better pull-ups. I don't know if I should do them like an inverted shoulder press, or if I should lean back and -go around- the bar. One tip could be doing pull-ups with straight arms, which has helped me getting strength in the initial movement.

Please do one for the barbell hack squat I have a tendency of smacking my hamstrings on the way up and it makes my heels come off the ground. I know that is bad form and Itried looking at your other videos but I can't seem to figure out whats going on.

Typically I find this video a year later, really good advise there. Any advice on how to get past plateaus with the overhead press? For me I find it the hardest exercise to get any progress with.

Ask your dad to make some type of pulley system to be able to do flys on the Power Rack. I finished mine and it looks badass but have not used it since I need to get a good barbell/weight set.

thanks for the tips. quick question: at the lockout up, do you elevate your traps up to help stabilize or just squeeze the scapula up top? kinda confused.

Yeah, haha, this should be age included. If you are under 25 years of age, and can beat-off three times a day. Yeah, for sure!
