Body weight and resistance are two different types of training. That's so cool you guys are willing to be well rounded and do them both. Plus it helps me to see workouts I didn't know were possible.

For inverted rows I use one side of a table and chairs to elevate my feet. So we can say it's something like a -dinner- row? No? Ok I'll just leave-

This really helps guys! Thanks for all your input on body weight exercises. I really like those pushups with the back motion. I will do those for now!
