Hello buff dudes, I just wanted to suggest you do a motivational talk video for begginers. I would like to show it to some of my good friends who dont have motivation to start lifting. I believe you would do it so awesome that everyone would love it like everyting else you do. Just talk how important healthy life style is and how it can make your life better.

you guys are doing an awesome job, what about trying something in parallel, like body, but extra weight and probably trx or resistance bands, what am talking more is like mixing things in the same routine day or something like that. it could be nice mixing weights, then super sets on trx or bodyweight plus after burn of resistance bands. or whatever. just a crazy idea for a crazy guys who can put it together

Damn buff dudes you're not wrong, I am used to weights and this is destroying me- I can't even do windshield wiper push-ups so I'm doing a 25 second isometric hold at the bottom position of a push-up, then I'm gonna hit up DIY duke do make myself a dip station

Thanks again man. This workout is perfect for people like me who just like to do bodyweight only workouts. I was never able to do a one arm pushup so that exercise with the medicine ball will really help me build that strength I need to get there thanks again.

hey buff dudes! been watching you guys since I started working out last year.
Getting into body weight workouts and was wondering if you would recommend mixing this up with your bodyweight back workout in the same day or will I be overworking myself?

Yo buff dudes can you please make a video on how to work on shoulders when you've had an injury I feel I'm getting stronger everywhere except my shoulders for fear of re injuring it

Why is it that every time i do pushups or even bench I feel it more in my triceps and elbow not in my chest, my elbows are always tucked in. Anyone any suggestions?
