Hey, I just had a son and I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to make him a buff baby. Hes only a couple of weeks old but he's be going to the gym soon with me. any advice?

Damn Louie, squats! Badass! It's probably going to change with time though. My favourites are triceps extensions or preacher curls- probably just because I'm arm-dominant.

My favorite lift is the underhand suicide grip decline guillotine press with heavy bands. Its a great alternative to the alternative bench press if you cant get a spot.

I love training lower body and posterior chain. Bench, training arms directly, isolation movements suck.
Cleans, deads, and squats all day.

This is kinda sad but I love calf raises. I also love Lateral raises. Favorite big compound would be. Bench cause it hurts the least XD
