Thanks for this! Just became a dad and do not have time to hit the gym anymore, so had to change my shift patterns to nights only. So during the day I look after my son and try and get a work out in with only dumbbells in the lounge while I entertain him.

A good tip on the dumbbell press/fly, rotate the dumbbell as you're moving up so the outside ends come together at the top for a 180 turn, which gets a good extra squeeze across your pecs.

In my opinion the Dumbell is always superiour over the Barbell 80 % of the Time. Maybe not for bent over Rows, Maybe not for Sqatting
