Despite all the negatives im sure many people like myself have taken the opportunity of actually having leisure time for once and worked on improving themselves! Im a detrainee (rotator cuff injury when younger, and this has helped my muscle memory re-engage far beyond my initial hopes. The results ive had have made me want to make this a lifestyle going forward instead of a temporary reset. Thanks so much for the assistance!

Great video and I love the excercises! But I have a newbie question - by many resources to build muscle mass which is my goal it is said to do max of 6 sets per training or 18 sets per week and 6-12 reps per set. I am confused because for each of this exercises you state to do multiple sets. So in one training that would be more than recommended number of sets for the whole week! Could you please explain it?

-Moving to a smaller home where I won-t have room for a large dumbbell rack anymore. Replaced the whole rack with this adjustable set. The handle diameter is a little bigger than my old dumbbells --bestgym. equipment-- - I only really notice it when I do farmers walks with heavy weight. I do not have the stand but am considering that for the future. These work as expected. -

I won't be returning to gym for a while. These workouts and your plan are really helping me stay on track You're a great teacher and give great content. Cheers to you and the team. Would be great to continue to have more new content for DB only (with bench) workouts. Cheers!

Is it feasible to do a 6 day split with P4D1 + P4D4 (legs + shoulders, P4D2 (back and biceps) and P4D3 (chest and triceps? I'd like to do a 6 day split with legs and shoulders but it seems like too much for one day: (

instead of talking about it - i wish you could do all the reps needs for the exercise while you talk so people can have the discipline to follow you. ZEUS style. but this is okay too.

It took me 15 weeks to complete this, but I was still able to see huge results. Dropped a belt loop and all my pants fit much looser.
