Back and biceps workout - buff dudes new gym routine 2019 - Buff Dudes Paul: You guys are a true inspiration! I follow you on every social media page you guys have! I-m at 235 right now 6 feet tall but I-m trying to cut down a few pounds and lean out more. I-m getting noticeably stronger and putting up some respectable numbers but still not loosing much weight. I-ve been pretty consistent over the past 8 months. Any suggestions -buffdudes? Maybe start with buying some sick merch? I work full time and take a couple classes so I do one day on one day off approach. I-ve been doing push, pull and legs alternatively. I think I-m getting on the right track! Stay buff!

Ah yes, back and bicep workouts. That thing people say they're gonna do to hide the fact that they're a broscientist who's just gonna train biceps the whole time.
I know because I occasionally do this. Don't judge me, chin-ups hit the lats too!

Man im just beginning my journy to build muscle, but i gotta say all the information can be a bit overwelming. I still dont have a solid workout and meal plan. You guys definitely already helped me a lot tho. Cheers for that.

Kettlebell single arm rows 4x8

Ez bar curls 3x12
Dumbbell curls 3x10 (alternating)

Would love to see very short and intense workout series focused on hypertrophy and metabolic overload. For the buff fans that don't have a lot of time to hit the gym.

I like this video because it seems -real- (if that makes sense. Can I ask, are you guys strict on rest times between sets or just go with the flow?

New(er) lifter here. For some reason my triceps get targeted the most whenever i do those bent over barbell rows. Anyone else experience this?
