We'll be doing a 20 minute full body workout with 10 exercises. You can use BANDS or BODYWEIGHT when performing this routine! britishbiker: Hi guys, loving the 20 minute home HIIT workouts, especially the most recent dumbell workouts. I don't tend to follow along as they stream quite late over here in the UK. I just wondered why you aren't uploading the recent dumbell ones? Thank guys. I like to change my workout routines on a regular basis and this workout was just what I needed. I did the resistance band workout yesterday and today I did the bodyweight workout. I found the bodyweight workout harder than the resistance band workout and the sweat rolled off of me. Keep up the good work --

This is so great to see a full body workout using just body weight. I work 6 days a week and 10 hour days with two little kids. And there is no way I could get to the gym right now. So having a full body workout using just body weight exercising I can do without buying bands or anything is perfect for me.

The two-in-one workout video is really a great idea! As you said, you can rewatch the video again to do the alternate version. This format also teaches you how to hit the same muscle group using two ways (ex. shoulders = banded OHP or bodyweight pike pushups. Keep em coming!

I admire you guys. I've been following you for a couple of yrs now. Im inspired to do some life style changes thanks to you 2. I bought a band workout book, a couple of bands, and look forward to beginning a fitness journey. Thanks guys! Lucky

Also im sorry for asking, but shouldnt the band be onder the foot soles for the calf raises for any effect?

Love this workout im a truck driver an dont get to work out that much thus make it easyer that i can just do on my brakes

This is my favorite one yet! I definitely like having 2 variations. I always like seeing new exercises/ideas so keep 'em coming. The mobility band is deceptive!

I really enjoy the combination because it basically means you give us 2x 20minute HIIT workouts in one video so next time I can grab a band and follow-along.
