Your calf raises are borked bru. With the band there, you get no band stretch. So you-re only doing body weight. Put the band under the front of your feet, just behind the toes, so that you-re standing on the band at the up position. THEN you-ll get the band stretching. The way you have it, there-s no stretch to the band.

As a dad, I can completely appreciate trying to fit in a workout during nap time. I've also found ways to involve the kids in my workouts by giving them piggy back rides while doing squats/split squats, using them as dumbbells which they have a lot of fun with or doing shoulder raises.

I bought this program for my Wife cause she likes band work, but I just started it cause I have some tendon injury from my main workouts. I'm finding its a great program to keep in shape and take some strain off the joints while things are healing. Great program so far dudes

Just ordered! I do some band work in a couple of my classes at the gym. But, these will make a nice supplement to my personal workouts, a mix of machines, free weights, and kettlebells. And, if you watch Chandler Marchman, BANDED kettlebells. Ooof! Thanks for this video!

The way you are doing your hamstring curls, aren't you compromising you lower back? If you wouldn't lift up your hips it would be better for isolation.

If you had used a chair and fed the band underneath on the knee raise positioned band you can do a lovely seated leg extension.

Thank you guys, I was just today thinking about finding leg workout that I can do at home since gyms are closed again in my country.
