These are great exercises, thank you! I'm not sure how many reps of each one to do though -- today I did 20-30 of most and 60 of the high jack knees and high knees using an 8. 8 lb dumbbell where appropriate. How many reps do you recommend please? Thank you! x

This is a GREAT Video. Thanks I do like most of them just from viewing I just don't know if I'd be strong enough to do the teapot exercise and not injure myself if I'm not careful or need further instruction on the form.
