If your hip isn-t fully functioning, your body is going to compensate and try to get the range of motion to complete the movements from somewhere else. For instance, if your adductors become tight, you may have limited internal rotation, which will put more rotational demands on your SI Joint - aka a part of your low back not well equipped to handle rotation. This will lead to low back pain and injury. Thanks. A great video. Great use of a lot of yoga asanas (poses. Another good one to use after vigorous exercises/match/game is Viparita Karani. Lie on your back & your feet go up the wall. Ensure your back & shoulders are flat to the floor, palms up & at your side. Open your legs wide. Time 2 minutes on Alexa/Google. Relax, close your eyes & let your breath return to normal. When done, move your legs away from the wall and hug your knees in to your chest. So relaxing & works your adductors.

Excellent video and the slider options were my favorite exercises. Would you consider showing some before and after results from using your exercises? Maybe I'll send you a pic when my transformation is well on its way. Just a thought, please consider it. Maybe a BootCamp loss tutorial, etc. Thanks.

Great video! Which one of these targets the front of the inner thigh? I know spot training isn't recommended but I am getting good results w outer thigh muscles and the back of the inner thigh, but not the front.
