Hi, I am 70 years old and am doing your Dynamic Warm-Up Routine Follow Along, -6 Best DYNAMIC Stretching Warm Up Exercises, and Do These 7 Exercises to Increase Your Mobility & Flexibility to increase my mobility, loosen my really tight hips, knees, shoulders, feet, and hands. I am doing warmups only until I can master them before doing real workouts. Your videos are great! But, I would like to ask you to please make a standalone warmup video for SENIORS and BEGINNERS that uses the alternate methods you mention in these videos for those like me who are older and have been sitting for decades; --. Unfortunately, I believe we are great in numbers. I sincerely hope to hear back from Redefining Strength about this idea.

Hey Cori, I've been doing the modified version of this for about 3weeks now at least once a day, sometimes twice when I can and I really feel better for doing it. Although I modify each exercise as you advise I struggle with the heel walks because of poor balance. I am currently standing still on my heels holding onto either side of a wall but don't know whether this is the best way to get the most out of it for me. I rock back onto my heels, my butt sticks out slightly but I can't move. I also have significantly pronounced foot drop on my left and to dorsiflex that foot without holding on to the wall, at the moment, is beyond my capabilities right now. Any advice you can give would be greatly received. Thanks, Phil

Just tried the full video. I did the movements along with your instructions (so Idk what the specific timing was) but I feel nice and warm and loose! Ready for A. M. cardio ---

All are good except last one. Dangerous for lower back. Lumbar flexion and rotation. That's how one would blow out his disc
