I am interested in having someone to coach me like you. But I can't tell from your site of just how intense you mean. Because my problem is that I have done too much for years. I admit I have been somewhat of an exercise addict but it's also from having trouble organizing my other fitness goals as a dancer, as a yogi and. other things! I am a dancer who loves multiple forms of dance and movement and it has been very hard for me to organize my different practices though out the week so that I am not over doing it while still making progress. I understand that there are just too many things I love to be able to focus on all of them in one week. I do believe in focusing to at least a few things, getting a strong foundation in them before moving onto other styles of dance and movement and then doing the things I focused on before as a review while still working on the new things. I would love to see results from strength training as well as to feel it but when you say your program is intense I don't know what that means. Does that mean three hours a day? One hour, forty minutes, half hour? I want intense but not so much that it gets in the way of my goals as a dancer and other things I would like to have energy for through the day like playing an instrument. I have totally busted myself out on many many occasions where I was spent and literally didn't want to do anything. Not even draw in my sketchbook or read! I know that before signing up for the coaching that you do a phone call where you can talk with the person about their goals and issues but is there a fee for the 45 min phone call? And if so what is the form of payment? Thank you, your videos are so full of fitness nerdiness! Peace!

Perhaps that's what i need - i realised what i am really struggling with is tendons in my body hurt if i workout regularly, and i usually workout for about 30 minutes with about 15 minutes on an elliptical and then 15 minutes of various weights. But when i got to doing this about 4-5 times a week, my tendons in my legs gave up and started hurting a lot. So now i am trying to do things slower and lighter, but after a tough cycle on a weekend my tendons near my ankles are crying with pain. Am i getting older or something?

Can someone please design a routine for people with disabilities? Everything is design for young healthy people, but nothing for mature - mobility restricted - injured people. As for meal plans. consistency to stick to that plan is a torture when the food tastes awful (hyper sensitive people) and there must be a way to eat healthy without activating your gag reflex.

Thank you for posting this video the information in this video will come in handy as I'm starting my weight loss journey. I'm 250 Lbs and I hope to lose 140 Lbs by March 2021 and I hope that is a realistic goal, I'm so happy that you told me to basically go at my own pace I thought I should go at the pace of the workout instructor on the DVDs I bought.

I've definitely got better at going into the gym with a plan. I used to just wander around aimlessly and do whatever caught my eye. Although you have to have some alternatives in mind if the gym is very busy, sometimes you can't get at what you wanna use.

These mistakes are so important to keep in mind. I know I've made them all. Even people who consider themselves experienced sometimes need reminders about not sliding into bad habits. Thanks for the great work, Cori!

I got your cards and use them to plan workouts. The photos are helpful! And by the way, the cards feel like real playing cards and are not cheesy. Just like you, class act. Thanks for all content you provide!

I like how you added the mistake number to the time in the actual video. Lol I don-t know how to describe it. But that-s really helpful! Didn-t realize that was a thing.

I actually look for soreness after a workout. If I get sore, I will do it again. If I don-t get sore, I feel sad and I don-t want to do it anymore. :D am I a masochist?
