hey Cori! loved this vid just like everything you share with us mortals! I read your Tweak it to work for you newsletter this week where you showed 3 exercises and kneeling squat was one of them. I tried this today and did feel it on my glutes but mostly on my quads. any cues /tips on how to feel them better on glutes? thanks again for sharing your experience and knowledge with us!

I wanted to get a barbell for my home workouts but i am really wondering which length should i get as i am 160 cm i don-t know if it makes any difference to get the 1 metre one or 1, 50. Thank u in advance to anyone that would be kind enough to let me know

Lol no not a chick. I'm sure ur smart but I'm a dude. ps girls should be tiny ladies not strong. Don't lift wieghts just stretch and stay tight that's all. In the dark I don't want to wonder why you feel like a man.

You skipped sooo many exercises with barbell. No biceps, no shoulders no normal upper body except straight push up. And no explanation given.
