Lower body dumbbell workout (build those legs) - Buff Dudes Adam: Been doing Bulgarian Split Squats for a few months, got to the point where I was getting some pain in my lower back from holding dumbbells at my sides as you guys did. I have a slight lean forward, when I dont lean forward slightly, I feel off balance. Is there anything I can do to to change this, I really see going any heavier to be really difficult and putting too much stress on my lower back. Any suggestions?

I tried Bulgarian split squats for the first time tonight. I was doing other squatting exercises with 60 pounds all together. I was nervous about losing my balance and falling. I tried them with 40 pounds. My form was awful, but I did 2 sets, woo hoo!

Might not be a men-s favorite exercise, but am hitting it twice a week. There-s so much to discover. Is a strong muscle and huge. I discovered late in my life, but WOW the legs are starting to show, says my wife! - Also it shapes your body.

I am a begginer lifter and have a good set of hexlock dumbells. Has anyone purchased the 12 week plan? its only 20$ so i feel like i dont have much to lose either way. jw if anyone has purchased it and what they think. if they enjoy it etc

Have been neglecting my health because its easy to make excuses with gyms closed and being stuck at home but this was a wake up call because my legs were literally shaking. Never skipping a workout day, even if it-s something light

Although they are usually brutal, I always enjoy doing lower body workouts with my dumbbells at home. I really wish you had shown the dumbbell deadlift (stiff leg. I wonder if I-m doing it correctly.

Hey guys. on the single leg deadlifts, does it matter which hand you hold the dumbbell in? I noticed one of you held a DB in the standing leg, and one of you held the DB in the lever leg. Thanks!

I did the entire thing except the Superman-s, I have a small amount of curvature in my spine and I just can-t get my upper body up like that while I-m lying down. Any alternatives anyone has?
