Cori, I just want to say, after studies in Pre-Physical Therapy, a certification in Massage Therapy, and a Master's Degree in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture - you lay out information on calisthenics warmp, activation, form, and strength training better than anyone I've met. So many people water down their videos that the information is not concentrated and voluminous enough that both an understanding of the topic as well as it's context is achieved. You give a lot of information in a short amount of time, and I LOVE IT. I've had a really hard time with developing an ongoing progressive calisthenics training, and from your videos (I've watched like 6-7 tonight) I believe now I know why! THANK YOU for doing what you are doing! I really appreciate you!

It took me 1 year of working at it every day to do my first push up. I started with wall push ups, then girl push ups. I was really hard but it has been a life long goal. Learning how great push ups are for you and its a full body workout and my husband cheering me on with Gods strength I did it. I am still continuing to do it.

I was taught push ups by old school Romanian circus coaches and for some reason now I do push ups with my elbows tucked into my sides- what is your opinion on this? you mentioned -not necessarily keeping your elbows by your sides-. (I am researching form for a push up challenge! )

so I am so out if shape and want to get my mojo back after a breakup of a long term relationship, you throw out all of the muscle names but I do not know where these muscles are. any way you could, highlight the muscle you are talking about as you mention it Thank You TA

Actually, the best pushup is pushUPS---Plural! In other words, when
I do pushups, I change the angle, and distance of my arms. It's
this Muscular angulation that increases strength AND definition.

I remember last year i cant do a single push up. My remedy? I lift weights for my upper body parts so that i will increase my strength. Lol now i can do 100 pushups.

I just can-t do it--I have pushup tests for PE and I mess up. It-s just not something I-m physically able to do. I-m extremely thin and my arms aren-t strong enough-
