One thing I wish someone told me as I started working out was that either it is five, ten, or even twenty minutes of working out that-s okay! I use to think I HAD to dedicate hours but that-s not true. It-s soo important to listen to your body. Jo always said as long as you get your body moving that-s what matters.

Thank you so much! I really enjoyed this workout. I am far from in shape but found this to be very doable for me. I was surprised when the routine was complete and I wasn-t wishing it was over. Low impact and easy to follow. I will really try to do this everyday!

Yay! really making a commitment today to growwithjo fit 21 days! My daughter set this up for me. So the pic you see is not me. I am 59, morbidity obese and out of shape. I hope to make exercising a daily part of my life.

Total knee replacement Dec 2020. put on 35lbs - just done this workout and another. just need to keep going. great fun and you certainly feel like you've done something good -

I was referred to you and I just finished. Some of the moves I had to adjust and go a little slower, but I didn-t stop and giver up. Love it and so proud of myself.
