-Redefining Strength Awesome. I'm def getting some of these. I live in a flat sandwiched between upstairs and downstairs neighbours. Guy in flat above does workout in morning. burps, star jumps, running on spot etc. sounds like he gonna come through ceiling any minute. I want to do sam sort of exercises but don't want to p off my neighbours downstairs. These exercises a/sliders are perfect solution. Never even heard of em before. Such a cheap device has just opened a world of opportunity. Thank you. Pleased I decide to give your vids a look. Got loads of em saved for my body blitz campaign. :D

Great stuff. As a sequel, it would awesome to have something like a few 30-45min follow along videos with sliders. Could be full body core, just upper or just lower. New to sliders but love how these can be very challenging, but helps you lengthen and stretch out your muscles - great for runners, I think. Thanks so much - you're a life changer.

0: 38 The body saw looks like it hits the lats. I need that, since I'm finding those hardest to hit w/o pullup bars or anything around me. 2: 12 The flye push-up pretty much has me sold on getting some sliders. And 6: 55 What exercise is this? Is this like a -slider mad dash- by a cutie pie? Hmmm

No seal walk or reverse seal walk? They used to be my favourite conditioning when I was doing adult gymnastics - well, they were brutal -- Thanks for sharing, will do some of these for sure!

Love all the movements. However, what kind of flooring are you using in this video so that your sliders slide properly? Where can I find that kind of mat?

Anyone know what kind of mat the green one is? I want to buy the sliders but I have rubber stall mats, is it flat carpet taped down?
