Thanks Corey. Feedback time. You are a true coach/trainer. Most trainers on social media are great fitness athlete and demonstrators but training/coaching is different skill and requires things like connecting well with ur followers and being responsive.

Such great fun! Especially exercise 8 - the two-way press jacks - and you are in such perfect sync with the music at that point, it's just so. jolly! Must try somehow to incorporate that one in my own, somewhat idiosyncratic 30 min workouts.

I just got Done bulking from 120 to 150, with only dumbells now I need to slim back down and I couldnt find any videos about these exercises until now, thanks!
