I used to play cricket and basketball in schools. after joining in college. na. may be occasionally I played. now after having a job. I have totally become a couch potato. tried doing some exercise. but couldn't do like before. I was lagging in something. but when I saw your videos. thank God. they are really really helpful. keep going-

I notice that you wear a sports bra when you workout, do you not find that this causes neck and back pain? Aren't btas generally bad for our posture?

I love you! Your material is so good and easy to follow. My back did its thing yesterday and I am in pain even after two adjustments. The bottom of my butt hurts like its bruised and my spine feels like its unwinding when I sit forward? Help.

I really like this variation of Superman. When my hands are in front of me, I immediately feel like my glutes and deep abs unplug and it-s hard to keep my lower back from doing all the work.

This is fabulous. Thank you. How many reps/how long do you suggest we do these. And every day or every other? I get that the stretch is for 30s to 1 min in a doorway.
