The Best Back Exercises (YOU AREN'T DOING) Bent Over Rows, Pull Ups, Lat Pulldowns-these are staple back movements. However, they are not only often HARDER than most people give them credit for but we all too often don-t fully benefit from these must-do moves because we get ego in the weights we use OR we use our biceps too much instead of initiating the pull from our back. So today I want to go over 5 Back Exercises You SHOULD be doing if you want to get not only more out of these exercises but actually build a lean, strong back that looks amazing while helping you avoid neck, shoulder and backaches and pains! These are the perfect accessory moves to include on your back days to sculpt a strong and shredded back that not only looks amazing but also helps you avoid neck, shoulder, and upper backaches and pains. Not to mention, if you-ve ever found you constantly suffer with ELBOW issues, doing these moves to improve your shoulder and scapular health will pay off more than you know! Remember immobility at one joint can lead to issues at another

Thank you very much this helped me out big time as i have pelvic tilt winging in the scapula and also my pelvis is Deviated to the left. I have issues lol but this is helping alot with your lat tightness video: . Much love its nice to see a simple and honest workout. I think resistance bands get a bad rep im growing pretty good with dumbells and bands they also attach which helps.

Question re: back imbalances i. e. Bent over back shrug. Love it and feel it but notice a significant imbalance of strength and scapula mobility on my left side. Would you recommend doing this move differently to address the imbalance? i. e. heavier weight on the left arm or doing single arm shrugs vs both arms together?
Thank you! Love your videos! So very informative and helpful! :)

Your -tips- are well explained, and they encompass all aspects of training not just one like say strength or hypertrophy, they also include activation and stretching. These along with advice for proper form of execution and joint/area support greatly help achieve better and even faster gains while avoiding or minimizing injuries. You have become one of my top favorites. Thank you.

I love your content and your detailed explanations. Kudos! Would these exercises be good for me as I have both a high thoracic and lumbar scoliosis curves? Thanks so much, Diana

It would help if you could show how the resistance bands are connected to the bars for the first two band exercises. Would it be the same as you did for the fly angel?

Hi Cori, is the standing band snow angel exercise as efficient as the one that is done with just a tera band that we see at the beginning of the excercise? thanks!
