After a couple of weeks of -let's just get out and see how it goes- done this warmup this morning and was sweating before I got out the door. I have now read the description and spent far too long on each stretch. Thank you for posting.

Thanks a ton for sharing these tips and exercises.
Have 1 minor query. I practically run 5 - 6 days in a week for say 8 - 10 kms as daily average
Should I incorporate these moves every time I run or alternate days are fine?

This saved my run this morning. I was feeling tired and stiff and was about to bail when I thought of your best warm ups before running sequence. So much more thorough and focussed! Thank you!

Great video as always Cori! :) I also do a lot of cycling, for a warm-up such as this one for running, what would you recommend beyond these moves for cycling? Thanks!

These stretches looked super easy but when I tried I couldn-t do even the very first one, I couldn-t sit straight because my toes didn-t bend -

My knees and the bottom of my feet has been getting worse running 3 to 4 times a week. I will have to try this warm up before my run.

Also remember a stretch should not be painful. All stretch should feel good, is what I was told. Thank you for the instruction Miss lady
