What I love about Pilates is they have modified versions that help those who can't do the tough things right away. I swear you will lose the weight and you will get stronger!
I'm overweight myself but my core is quite stronger now because of Pilates. _

yesterday I hit myself on the head with a three pound weight during BB4 awesome sauce arms! Got a knot on my head, but good thing I'm stubborn. Took some Advil went to work and forgot about the whole incident til i read your post.

Every move is possible, except for the starfish. You know how working out hurts, but in a good way? Well, it just ends up hurting my leg that's raised. Ugh I guess I'm doing something wrong? Now I'm off to the other side! ._.

Yeah I can never balance on my sides. As much as I hate burpees, I'd rather do them than the sides move. I literally can never balance and I've been doing pilates for months. ilovecassey tho
