I have always had a thigh gap because I inherited my mom's wide hips, and I have been fairly slim or normal most of my life. I used to play sports everyday, but after going through a year of college (I pretty much stopped working out, I noticed that my thighs have gotten a bit weak and flabby, and my six-pack had been significantly reduced. I have been doing Cassey's workout calendars for almost two months now (I did the Beginner's calendar for three weeks, and I can honestly say I have NEVER felt so fit in my life. I have pretty much lost my ab flab, gotten very defined abs, and firmed up my legs. Cassey's workouts have been very life-changing for me, and I could never have asked for a better (personal) trainer.
Thank you so much Cassey for all your diligence, affection, and energy. Please continue to make these wonderful videos that have been so influential on so many people's lives! We love you!

Before you watch this video. Cassey does say something about a thigh gap. But realize that this was about 3 years ago and that she learned thigh gaps are based on genetics i'm sure. She is no longer promoting this kind of trend and is teaching girls how to feel confident in their skin by living healthily. :) And do it for the sake of getting fit and feeling good. Not for a space between your legs. Embrace your narrow hips or wide hips!

hi cassey or anybody else who reads this, i don't feel any burn in my inner thighs when doing the exercises where you need to lay down on the floor. my legs aren't really muscular and have a lot of fat on them am i doing it wrongly? :/ please help my friends (who have slimmer inner thighs than me) are telling me that their thighs are aching however I feel nothing: / can anybody help me? >

I had thighs that rubbed together my whole life. Even slim, my inner thighs were big. I can honestly say that this video changed the entire shape of my inner thighs and I now have a beautiful gap. I worked hard, doing this vid about 4 to 5 times a week. I also did a lot of lunges, plies, side lunges, squats and hiking. But this video works. Full stop.

I love this set of exercises, it's a really hard one, but if you wanna shape your thighs right, just pop down on the mat and lets get on with it guys. Believe me, it's painful, but really worth it because it works! Thank you for a great 10 minutes of workout: -)

I did it for about two months and it worked, just cut fats and drink and drink and drink water! My tights were fat! Also do the drive by inner tight workout repeat 3 times and complement with some cardio run 3mins and you'll do great: D! Good luck

Please do more new longer more intense inner thigh workouts using some of these and especially with more of that intense continued lying down isolated series! So glad I scrolled down to find this older video its great! Thanks always!

I've been doing Pop Pilates for years and this is my all time favorite inner thigh video. The moves at the end make me burn like nothing else. I've done this video so many times that it's becoming too easy for me.

Is it 1 minutes for each exercises with no break? I want to try it at the gym but I won't have the chance to do it with the video. So I'm wondering for how long she does each exercise. Thanks for your help.

How is she talking normally while doing these! Lol Just did this for the first time, and holy cow, my legs are on fire! I will be doing this every day though, on top of my other daily workouts.
